Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
Return Conditions

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on voluntary returns.
Refund Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of returning your item, though most customers receive theirs sooner. This includes:

Transit time: 5–10 business days

Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt

Bank refund time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
Return Instructions
To initiate a return:

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We’ll provide return instructions along with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Note: Returns without an RA# will be refused.
